"ok not enough sunlight at the balcony"

good location 1 road from beach and 1 road from large mercadona. quiet culdesac

apartment was touching distance from the balcony to the block in front with windows directly opposite each other had to keep shutters closed if front apartment had their blinds up. . sun for about 1hour max midafternoon very depressing in cloudyt weather. fine for good stay if working and only in at night.
