The location of the apartment is excellent. The room was very clean. The communication with the owner was excellent, his instructions were pretty clear and immediate.

The washing machine mentioned in the facilities was not available. A wardrobe (or even a clothes hanger) would be very helpful. Probably the apartment is small for more than two persons.
