Es muy bonito y cómodo, moderno, acogedor! Las indicaciones son claras para entrar y salir, muy fácil de ubicar. Tiene todo lo básico 👌🏻

I did not like anything about the property because the property was impossible to find

Using Google maps and MapQuest and Google Earth using my GPS, the hotel was unfindable. Our Uber driver could not even find the house using his apps. The property owner never responded to me regarding this a terrible situation. I was forced to book in another hotel.

Location

No faults

The hotel is conveniently located near train and bus stations, making it easy to get around. However, we initially had trouble finding the place due to an incorrect map link provided by the host. After some confusion, we discovered the correct location, with the written instructions also provided by the host. which was a bit exhausting after a long journey.​ Upon early arrival, we were met by a cleaning staff member who, despite the language barrier, kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and informed us the room would be ready shortly. It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, though they do provide links and discounts to nearby 24/7 luggage storage facilities. While not critical, on-site storage would enhance convenience.​ The room itself was compact, suitable for one or two guests, but felt cramped for three. A large artificial plants further limited the space unnecessarily.

Cleanliness was a concern; we noticed dust and hair on the floor upon arrival. The bathroom was particularly small and had an unpleasant odor, especially from the shower area. Considering the room size and cleanliness issues, the price felt a bit steep. While the location is advantageous, improvements in cleanliness and amenities would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Did not have any

We waited for 6 hours in front of the property. Could not get in as a result of power outage. Could not get hold of owner. Had to walk 2km with all our luggage to book another hotel. Afterwards the owner insisted we were at the wrong apartment. He was adament that we were in the wrong. STAY AWAY FROM MZ ATOCHA STUDIO!!!!!!!!!!!!
