Calle Irta, 2 12598 Peñíscola – Castellón TEL: 964 48 20 65 Key Collection Hours: SUMMER: June to September, Monday to Sunday: 17:00 – 20:00 WINTER: October to May, Monday to Friday: 16:00 – 19:00 Saturday and Sunday: keys will be collected from a coded key box at the key collection address Check periods for holidays outside the high season. Check-in outside normal hours will be done via the coded key box; you must contact reception to provide the code to the guest. Both the reservation and the security deposit must be paid. Any extra requests must be communicated before 13:00 on the day of arrival. If the office is closed on the day of arrival, this must be notified the day before. Check-out Time: maximum 10:00 Included / Not Included: The rate does not include towels or bed linen. Guests may bring their own or rent them at reception. EXTRAS (payment at reception): Cots: €7/day Extra beds: €7/day Bed linen: €6 per bed/stay Towels: €25 for a set of 5 bath towels (cash only, only provided during office hours) Parking: €10/day (1 space per apartment) No Wi-Fi or air conditioning. One pet is allowed, with a surcharge of €50 for the entire stay. Seasonal Pool: Open from 15/6 to 15/9 (modifications subject to building regulations) Deposit: Guests must pay a €150 deposit by card; cash is not accepted. After check-out, the apartment will be inspected by Alquileres Peñíscola, and the deposit will be refunded to the same card within a maximum of 7 days. Apartment Assignment: Interior photos are examples of the variety of apartments available. Apartments are assigned according to planning, so specific floor, view, or apartment cannot be guaranteed. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Payment: Guests must pay 100% of the total price in advance within 14 days before the arrival date. Check-in Reminder: Inform Alpen1 in advance if you cannot meet the check-in time.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
