VB Marysol - 2BR apartment close to the beach

Unable to access pool and received no satisfaction in rectifying the issue with the key fob. We would not have booked this property had we known the pool was not available , we received no response or satisfaction following on from our complaints

Thank you for hosting us. The property is good value for the money. The location is really great. On walking distance from the beach and from what you need (grocery stores, restaurants etc). There is parking inside the garage and soace for 2 cars. Big plus. The host was very quick to respond and all in all pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. See you again!

I accidently left my jacket in the wardrobe and messaged to let them know, I never got a reply. My friend who lives in Benalmadena phoned and left a voicemail to arrange to go and pick it up for me, no reply.

Tania met us with keys and was very helpful communication was good throughout apartment was clean but needs updating, location and view was good loved balcony position security was good

swimming pool could do with a few sunbeams around it to relax after a day out

We booked the apartment for five days to attend the annual rocking race festival. The apartment is really well situated with numerous bars,restaurants and a Lidl within walking distance. It was a very easy ten minute walk to benalmadena marina and only five more to hotel barracuda where the festival was being held. The apartment was much larger than we were expecting with a lovely big balcony with a sea view. And it was also a nice surprise to find two bathrooms,both with a toilet and shower 👍. It is also an extremely secure apartment with three doors to go through in order to access the lift and the car park was incredible. We had to push one button on the key fob to open a sliding door which allowed entry to the first part and then once inside, we pushed a second button to open another metal door into a further part where we had two allocated spaces so we felt incredibly secure and meant we could leave items in the car without worrying. The kitchen is small but has everything you need including a washing machine and a dishwasher. However, the dishwasher is difficult to use because the door of it hits the side of the washing machine so you can't Pull the bottom drawer out to load plates in so we resorted to hand washing but it was no problem. There are two large dining tables ,one inside and one on the balcony and the sofa is very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to turn and the tv on and find that we had access to Netflix and Disney plus . It was in Spanish but a quick toggle on the settings allowed us to change it to english.👍 The apartment is managed by NA rentals who were extremely good with their communication. Several days before arrival, we received an email with the name and number of the person who would be meeting us and they asked us to confirm our arrival time and they were waiting for us as we pulled up 👍. We were very comfortable for our five days and will definitely stay here again when next in the area.

One thing that is slightly annoying and nothing to do with the apartment owners is the manhole cover in the road outside. It rocks and makes a bang every time a car goes over it which can be a bit of a pain in the middle of the night, but I'm sure the local residents would have already informed the municipal council so I'd expect that will be sorted out shortly.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed. Adrian was very accomodating and anxious that we liked everything and we did. It was so near to the Marina and the beach. Lots of shops within walking distance. You don't need a car. Would definitely recommend.

The only drawback and it's not really a fault is that the balcony gets no sun as the apartment block is the wrong way around! But you can sit out there on a warm day. Maybe an advantage in high summer when it gets very hot.

Perfect location, everything that you could possibly need, was included within the apartment.

Great location... lovely sized apartment.. Adrian was there to meet me even though it was very late...

Pool not available but tbh not a problem as we had access to other pools and beach very close ..
