Cleanest pool ever. The Señor who taking care of the whole building is really hard working. Great clean new apartment Great balcony wirh view, great tv great wifi. Close to beach, restaurants supermarket etc. I'll come again for sure. 👍

Noise and dust from the street (construction site nearby).... parking is sometimes hard to find, bit it's the same all over the city.

La piscina está muy bien, muy limpia, así como las zonas comunes, los aseos de la piscina, etc.

Cuando llegamos tuvimos que lavar de nuevo toda la cubertería porque no estaba bien limpia, los utensilios tenían restos de comida pegados y, como ya no nos fiamos, lavamos todo (algunos platos y sartenes tampoco estaban muy limpios) De resto, sí que estaba muy limpio el resto del apartamento: bien barrido y fregado. También dice que tiene parking y no es mentira, pero no nos dieron ningún mando para el garaje ni nos dieron explicaciones en ese sentido. Hablé con la persona encargada y me remitió al dueño, al que le envié un mensaje, pero no contestó, con lo que tuvimos que aparcar en la calle a pesar de haber contratado un apartamento con parking. Por otro lado, también son escasos con la ropa blanca. Para tres personas, una semana, nos dieron dos toallas de baño y una para las manos.

The apartment is good and well furnished. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The bedroom fans work well. Lots of utensils in the kitchen. Chairs inside were comfortable. Tables, and work surfaces need table mats to prevent staining. El Medano is a lovely area for relaxing, kite surfing, swimming in the sea. There's lots of lovely restaurants in the area. If you are a Coeliac or have other dietary needs, just let the staff know and they look after you. We went to the beach to swim and sunbathe. There are lots of different beaches to choose from and the sea is great to swim in. We were staying in a few apartments in different parts of Tenerife, we would not revisit this one.

Booked an apartment with a pool, to swim/train in, but you can't use it. It was too cold to swim, the sea is much warmer. There's nothing to sit on around the pool. You can always lay on the ground and play flick off the ants. This was disappointing as this was the only place to stay near the apartment and get away from the really loud building work noise, which went on from 07:45 to 19:00 most days. It was difficult to relax here. Someone previously mentioned occasional fume smells, this is due to the apartment being directly above the communal garage entrance. You get this when the garage door opens. We used the apartment more after 19:00 when we could relax. If you have booked you might want to invest in ear plugs.

Beds weren't made. Place not cleaned. Rubbish left lying. No toilet paper.

Nice and spacious appartment with balcony in centre. Close to the ocean and supermarket. Well equipped with dishes, dishwasher, wasching maschine, TV, wifi was OK. Quite comfortable beds, good window shading with screens, nice furtiture (IKEA). Appartment was clean ( without cocroaches in the kitchen like in our friend´s appartment in neighborhood ..) Near the airport. Mountain view from the terrace and ocean view from balcony. The building have an elevator and swimingpool (we didn't use it). We were satisfied and we liked this accomodaition.

Very noisy main street (but we knew that) but it was quiet at night. You can hear everything through the walls from the neighbours. Damaged and blunt knives in the kitchen equippment, otherwise everything was functional. Uncomfortable thick pillows (but for someone may be OK ). Overall we were satisfied.
