Отличная квартира. Две отдельные спальни. Кухня. Зал. Два санузла. Есть лифт и парковка. Рядом с парком и до центра города не далеко. Есть кондиционеры.

Нет балкона Я всегда предпочитаю возможность бесконтактного заезда. Если есть возможность поменять сковородку.
