Location is great. Communication with the host was quick.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Valencia and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. First off, the cleanliness was well below standard. The linens and towels seemed to be just refreshed rather than properly washed, which was quite concerning. To make matters worse, we found four cockroaches during our stay. I understand this might be somewhat common in Valencia, but it certainly didn't help with the overall impression of cleanliness. The noise was another major issue. It was really hard to get a good night's sleep because of the constant noise from the internal patio, and a dog barking all night made it even worse. Additionally, the dishes were very dirty, which was both off-putting and inconvenient. Overall, the apartment didn't meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Very good location on the edge of old town and Turia park. Rather quiet area. Very easy access from the street.

It could have been cleaner

Location is perfect. It is nice cosy apartment, close to Turia and city center. Owner responsive via messages. Double bed was comfy to sleep in.

It is lovely place but it definitely could use some maintenance - basin mixer in bathroom was broken for example. It was not clear from pic that 4th bed is extractable on the floor and getting it out was almost mission impossible, and by having bed out, closet can not be opened. The mattress was dirty so my daughter decided to sleep on sofa. She did say she slept well there. Also the bedding for her seemed like it was not fresh (looked and smelled used), or it was in the closet for a looong time. Wifi did not work as per instructions on the paper.
