Acogedora Vivienda en Tenerife con vistas& piscina

Prachtig appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Alles is aanwezig, zeer ruim, mooi groot terras emt prachtig uitzicht (zonsondergang). Rustig gelegen. Ter plaatse is er niet veel te doen, maar de locatie is wel ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Puerto de la Cruz, het Noorden, Santa Cruz, ... met de auto. Let op: deposit van 200 euro als waarborg.

Vermoedelijk hadden we wat pech met het weer, maar het was toch wel wisselvallig met regelmatig regen. Daar kan de accomodatie niet aan doen uiteraard. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd en dus toch wel koud en hebben we dus niet kunnen gebruiken.

The accommodation has a very beautiful view from the terrace. Having breakfast on the terrace in the mornings with such a view is very enjoyable. The bedrooms are spacious. Good and fast communication.

The booking process is quite complicated and involves a lot of paperwork, which is time-consuming. A €200 deposit is required.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was also well-equipped. We had great sunset views from the terrace! It wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but it looked nice as well.

Without the car, the location is not the most convenient. There are a few buses that leave from up the hill, but not very frequently. The nearest grocery store is also up the hill and not open on Sundays.

We had little problems with the parking - it had limited spaces and when we arrived late in the evening we had to park a little bit far The rooms were sometimes chilly, but we managed to heat it up with air conditioning

The property is very nice and the access to the swimming pool was a great bonus. It is easy to park the car and the place is close to beutiful places in this area of the island. The property was clean and comfortable, the place was quite and very good value for money.

I can not find a thing to complain about. Place was clean and tidy. Diana and Jesus very helpful, if any questions they answered them literally in minutes. The view from tarrace/balcony was absolutely amazing. Now the balcony looks even better , because there is a new artificial grass on the floor. We had there everything we needed from plates, cutely to toilet paper and towel. The area was very quite and local people that live around very nice and polite. Local shop and market was 3min away by car and beautiful beach 5 min away by car. Highly recommend and hopefully I will be able to come back soon!
