A very nicely furnished and spacious apartment in a wonderful area of Sevilla from which one can easily explore the city.

If travelling by car, parking is extremely complicated and expensive. We booked the apartment due to the host's offer of private parking fpr €15/day, but after the reservation was fixed, we were told that parking was not available. We followed the recommendation to the closest public parking and ended up paying €35/per day. We had a serious problem with ants in the kitchen, so after the first day we preferred to eat outside. The ant baits showed that the problem is known to the hosts.

"Excellent new Apartment"

Apartment is new. Very spacious. Is like a home, many coffee capsules, ample eating and cooking utensils, comfortable bed , nice balcony to have coffee. Convenient bakery shops and restaurants are round the corner

No lift, and with aging folks is an issue. Bringing the luggages up 3 storey is no joke. No parking nearby, loading and unloading of luggage is an issue too

I highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious and is well decorated. A good choice for up to 6 people
