L'ubicazione e perfetta

The position is a 10/10, it’s one of the only affordable places I looked for that’s in the centre. There’s a kitchen so you can cook easily yourself.

They really need to clean the place more and deeper! The bathroom smells so bad in the morning and there are no glasses in the kitchen. Also, it’s the neighbourhood is very noisy.

Very responsable and nice staff, always stay in connection with guests for anu questions. The place is perfect-near supermarkets, metro stations,bars, the central railstation of Madrid Atocha

The room is too small

Una auténtica pesadilla y una pocilga ! Al llegar al apartamento, nos encontramos con una entrada que brillaba por su ausencia, era entrar al patio y parecer que te habías teletransportado a las favelas de Brasil con unos vecinos muy peculiares, además, nos encontramos una plaga de cucarachas germánicas por todas partes: en la ducha, en la cocina, en la habitacion… y no eran para nada pequeñas. Era imposible vivir allí. Además, la caldera con un enchufe justo encima de la ducha es un riesgo de electrocución total. También he de decir que no hay ningún tipo de ventilación, no va el wifi, faltan cubiertos, huele muy mal el baño (no exagero), es enano el apartamento y se escucha todo. La falta de soluciones del anfitrión ha sido absoluta. ¡No recomiendo este lugar ni a mi peor enemigo! Un auténtico desastre.

El apartamento estaba bien situado, pero en general el apartamento es impresentable.

Estaba lleno de cucarachas, totalmente inhabitable. Nos fuimos al instante, reclamamos la devolución.

Accessibility to the attractions

Neighborhood of building didn't give us feel safety

Great location. Good host, easy check in and out. We really only sleep and shower in the apartment and are out all day so it's good for that.

It's tiny. Bathroom is cramped and the shower wasn't great. There is also a smell from the drainage that does go away when you run the water . But always comes back. But that's an issue with the building not the apartment.
