Keys collected from Keysafe but difficulty fitting keys into ground floor lock. Informed owner who attended within 24hours. Apartment spacious and exceptionally clean ✅

Apartment very cold and the towels felt damp (we arrived at 22.00hrs in late December). It took a couple of days to warm up using the radiators in bedrooms but couldn’t find instructions or remote for living room AC. Again the owner helped to resolve this issue 😄 For any guests arriving in colder weather, it might be good to have aired/warmed the apartment. Also a traditional kettle in the kitchen would be preferred.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. Owners were very helpful on our last day as we had a late flight home so were able to have a later checkout and store our luggage in their office until pick up. They went above and beyond. Very much appreciated.

Only a small thing but the balcony is small so not ideal if you all want to sit together but it didn't bother us. Pool could do with a little improvement. We didn't use it but it if it had better chairs and maybe some plants or something it could be improved greatly.
