"Good value for money in a nice location"

It is very spacious, good size rooms. One bedroom has a separate individual bathroom. Probably amazing if you are travelling with children. A very good and cozy location.

Requires some handy work - bathroom fossette does not close properly, always keeps leaking. Kitchen fossette unscrewed, needs to be screwed back. Shower water can be very cool at some points.

Very clean, spacious rooms, easy management of codes and car parking spots, amazing swimming pool, friendly host. Beds and restrooms were comfortable and very clean. My family was very happy.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment and would happily recommend it. The highlights of our stay: The location is excellent – very close to Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the coastline without long drives. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it perfect for our group, providing both privacy and convenience. We also appreciated the access to the swimming pool. Although the water was a bit on the cooler side, it was still nice to have the option to relax by the pool. Another big plus was the underground parking garage, which made parking easy and stress-free. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay in this part of Tenerife.

A small downside: The bedroom windows face a relatively busy road. Especially in the early morning hours, traffic noise could be noticeable, and we were occasionally woken up by cars from around 6:00 a.m. onward. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. Most sea pools and even some beaches were closed by authorities. (February 2026)

It was large and airy with huge balcony with a sea view. The agents were extremely helpful with our enquiries and the apartment was spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately the balcony does not receive any sunshine at all.

Excellent location. Resort quiet, clean. Felt safe. Good choice of places to eat. Supermarkets nearby. Easy access to public transport.

Bathrooms and kitchen areas tired. Broken tiolet seat, kitchen tap lose. Need upgrading. Single beds, suitable for children, but need better matresses for adults. Travel company buses noisy through street during the day. Large hotel complex across the street.
