Certainement un bel endroit si on avait eu l'occasion d'y aller

Nous avons eu un grave problème familiale 3 jours avant notre arrivée en septembre. Nous avions dépassé de 24 heure le délais d'annulation. Nous comprenons que la résidence n'est pas voulu nous rembourser. Disons qu'en pleine saison, avec tout de complet dans la ville, sachant que nous avons annulé (et pas attendu sans rien faire et payer), il est évident que notre studio a pu être loué à nouveau facilement. Nous compter la première nuit ou la moitié du séjour aurait été apprécié. Dans tous les cas, notre voyage à Majorque est seulement reporté mais nous ne réserverons pas ici. En fait, je ne sais pas pourquoi Booking nous demande notre avis sachant que nous avions annulé 3 jours avant... (donc pas d'autre élément à évaluer que le processus d'annulation).

"Great place for relaxing just behind the beautiful Pine Walk."

Very modern,clean and well equipped. Spacious balcony views of pool which was quiet at this time of the season.Lovely location just behind the Pine Walk.

Having to collect keys at another hotel although there appears to be facility to check in there by video link but not sure if this is available to Bookings.com clients.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la plage très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de très bonne qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement

Great location at the edge of town, very short walk to all the bars and restaurants. 30 seconds form the seafront. Good pool too which is a bonus.
