We kwamen om half elf al aan bij de incheck locatie (opletten, niet hetzelfde als het appartement maar een kwartiertje er vandaan lopen). Appartement was nog niet klaar maar konden koffers achterlaten en even snel omkleden. Om 12u kregen we alsnog het bericht om de sleutels op te halen. Appartement zelf ligt zeer gunstig in het centrum. Goed onderhouden, fijne bedden en badkamers. Airco werkt, ventilatoren ook aanwezig en zelfs parasols om mee naar het strand te nemen. 1 nacht vroeg gewekt door vrachtwagens buiten, maar dat is wel logisch op een centrum locatie. Aan het pleintje bij de fontein ligt restaurant Las Meninas waar we heerlijk tapas hebben gegeten.

Kleine tip, een fles water en toiletpapier bij aankomst zouden op prijs gesteld worden.

Very well equipped and very functional kitchen with all needs provided. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kitchen. The flat is close to Mercadona for all your grocery needs. Just to provide some additional information for the preservation of the hob, it would be helpful if the bottom of the frying pan was properly cleaned as it has on a lot of caked on grease which is likely to ruin the ceramic/glass hob.

The Sofas could do with a replacement as they no longer have any depth and are not comfortable. Any opportunity to upgrade the current air conditioner to a higher Horse Power should be done as the current size does not adequately cool the last room on the corridor particularly on these hot days and a manual fan does not take out the hot air. It would be a bonus if there was a SMART Television as all channels are in Spanish. Guests could then use their own Netflix account. Cleaning under the beds would also be helpful.

Muy bien ubicado, amplio y cocina muy bien equipada.

El aire acondicionado está en un único punto de la casa y no llega a todas las habitaciones. Piden sacar la basura cuando haces el check out, incluidas las papeleras de los baños. El check in se hace en un lugar que está a 15 minutos del alojamiento en cuestión. Creo que deberían advertirlo bien claro, puesto que se hace tedioso si vas cargado con maletas.

Location closed to the valencia historical center, closed to metro and markets

Noisy : 1st floor, neighbors, city trucks for very near and large hotel supply.

Comfortable and clean. Staff we met were pleasant and collecting keys was fairly straightforward although I would suggest implementing a key-safe or code system to prevent the need to find the property management offices which are about a ten minute walk away from the apartment.

It was very noisy due to a couple of factors. 1: the busy location. 2: An adjacent apartment was undergoing extensive renovation by the sound of it. This meant that getting to sleep and staying asleep was difficult during our 4 night stay. The apartment also lacked a few things that you might expect to make the stay easier. There was no dish drainer so everything had to be dried up straight away rather than being able to leave things to dry. We didn't self cater very much while there as cooking would've been tricky due to a lack of essentials such as pots/pans and worktop space. There was no electric kettle just one for use on a stove.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff with excellent communication. Apartment was clean with good facilities available.

The small fan in 2 of the rooms did not work very well at all.

Location is great. And that's about it. Very disappointing...

The photos of this property make it look WAY better than it is. It is very dated; bathrooms and kitchen are clean but long overdue refurbishment. VERY expensive for what it is - there will be much better value alternatives.
