Beautiful property very comfortable in a lovely complex

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila y el complejo cuenta con todas las comodidades. La casa es amplia y cómoda. La comunicación con Petra ha sido rápida y siempre ha resuelto los problemas que hemos tenido. Gracias Petra!!!

No me gustaron varias cosas. Las camas no tenían sábanas como tal. Las camas eran de matrimonio pero tenían fundas nórdicas individuales y bastante usadas ya. Las toallas para los baños también se veían que tenían bastante uso. La cocina estaba bien equipada pero faltaban algún producto de limpieza y balletas para poder limpiar si cocinas. Tampoco había mantel. El filtro de la secadora estaba tan tan sucio que la ropa olía mal cuando la sacabas. Los lavabos estaban atascados y no colaba el agua. Da pena porque es un alojamiento bastante lujoso como para tener esos fallos.

Aparte de que todo estaba perfecto Petra nos dejó alargar la hora de salida lo cual nos vino genial y se lo agradecemos mucho. Respecto al piso tal cual las fotos estaba genial, la zona tranquila y cerca de la playa, las instalaciones y limpieza del sitio muy buenas gimnasio, piscina pistas de todo tipo y se podia hasta aparcar en la puerta gratis.

WE ARE ABSOLUTELY THRILLED!!! Beautiful apartment on the 19th floor – clean, neat, and spacious. There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, plus a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The highlight is the huge balcony terrace with an amazing view of the sea and Benidorm – complete with comfortable outdoor furniture. The complex is secure, with all entrances accessible only by key or chip. Parking is conveniently assigned by apartment number. Whenever we had any household questions, everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. The complex features an excellent pool, jacuzzi, playgrounds for children, and sports areas – everything is well-maintained and clean. We have only positive emotions and give a big thumbs-up for cleanliness and the well-kept grounds. As for Benidorm itself – it’s simply wonderful. The sea is clean, the beaches are well-maintained, the weather was a perfect +30°C – everything was fantastic! Thank you so much for the warm welcome at this complex – we are extremely satisfied and had a fantastic holiday!

Patio door didn’t lock. Nothing to do directly with the apartment but during the power cut no emergency lights working in the stair well.

Great location! Close to the sea. Amazing facilities! Very clean. Beautiful views. Apartment is clean and equipped with everything. Everything is kept in order around the location (pool). For families with kids this is a great location! 100% recommend!
