Fabulous location within walking distan̈ce to many attractions. Apartment fully equipped and adequate for short stays. Owner very hospitable and helpful.

Constant excavation work going on outside ( but shielded from noise inside ) Future paving will be good.

The location was simply perfect.

Juan's excellent recommendations and his beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you could need. The excellent soundproofing was tested while we were there and it dealt with most of the roadwork outside very well indeed.

Everything was good. A little more quiet in the mornings would have been good, but there was no way the road excavations could have been planned for and the soundproofing was amazing.

Loved the fire place and location

The location was walking distance to everything: Atocha railway station, the museums and Palace, grocery stores and restaurants. It was quiet in the studio. The fireplace was lovely and easy to operate. I was not strong enough to turn one of the keys and my frailty was accommodated. A shower mat was purchased when I expressed concern about the shower floor being slippery. (I'm a senior.) Juan was a great host. Upon arrival he walked me to the main shopping area so that I could purchase groceries.

It was all good.

Proximity to all the main sights and very quiet. Kitchen and washing machine available

The location of the apartment is perfect, it is close to everything. The host Juan and his wife is very nice and helpful. The apartment is super clean, well equipped and well decorated.
