Good location and beautiful views

Location was good.

No reception. Charged for replacement towels as there was fake tan on them. Kids aren't allowed play in the pool and they charge for beds per day. The sockets were so old we had to get special adaptors different from the normal ones on Spain. Felt robbed and very disappointed. They take a deposit and I think they probably scam everyone. 'Golden View' is a made up name the place is Parque Santiago 2 and it's the poor cousin of the other Parque Santiagod.

The location was great as was the view from our balcony.

The apartment was very clean but some areas needed attention. For example the lock on the balcony door was broken so could only lock the shutters. 1 set of towels and 1 toilet roll per person and no change of sheets for a week was very poor form. I would expect a lot better.

Location was within walking distance to everything

Location was perfect. Facilities in the apartment where very good.

No air con but that wasn't a problem at this time of the year. You have to pay 5euros for a sun bed.

On arrival the lady was lovely,the area looked inviting. It was quite into the evening despite being close to bars. The apartment was well equipped you need. Check out was seamless and the gent again was lovely.

First impressions or the apartment were not good, the stairs which is the first thing you see are battered and dated, the paint work on the patio doors is also scraped and battered.Really needs attention.The broken lock on the inside doors was not pointed out and meant that only the outer doors could be secured.The grouting on the tiles is very poor on floors and walls in kitchen -missing in parts looks dirty on the eyes.The kitchen knives are rusted as if they have been in use for a long time and the chopping board is badly scoured that it will be holding germs. The cost of the sunbeds was never advised and a big surprise at E10 per day per couple. If the attention to detail was addressed could be an excellent place to stay.It grew on us over the week.With attention to detail this would be a great place to stay.
