Great appartment in very good location (yes you have to walk uphill do get there but it is situated in very quiet neighbourhood which is not so easy to find in Benidorm). It has a spacious terrace where you can eat your breakfast. The views are amazing. Kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher - not very common. We really enjoyed our stay (with one exception - the couch).

The couch in the living room was very dirty. We planned to sleep on it but we decided to sleep with our kids on two single beds in the bedroom.

it's at the top of a massive hill

Great apartment in a residential building with parking. Clean and comfortable with nice view of the city. It's not far from the beach and you have many restaurants and things to see around. It's on the hill so you have some climbing to do to get there, but for us it was worth it. Apartment was clean and very nice.

I liked the views and having parking

The air conditioning smelt of sewage and the company couldn’t get it repaired intime whilst on my short stay and then proceeded to ignore further messages I sent about it. I totally appreciate stuff goes wrong that is out of peoples control but when I have further questions regarding the situation and the message I sent just gets read off it shows pure incompetency and unprofessionalism by the owner. I had to contact booking.com to help come to resolution.

The views were spectacular from both rooms, looked exactly like in the photos. It was equipped properly with kitchenettes, microwave, electric stove, washing machine, hairdryer, scale. The 2 single beds were comfortable. Water turned hot easily. The owner responded quickly for every question we asked.

We had problems opening the door with the key. In winter time it's cold in the rooms, 16 degrees, the aircon heating didn't work properly and it had an odor what stank up the whole house. We tried setting it up 3 hours until we figured it out, even then we could only bring the room temperature up to 18 degrees.
