Appartamento dotato di tutto: fornello, pentole, lavastoviglie, lavatrice. C'era pure il ferro da stiro! Avevamo la macchinetta del caffè che non funzionava e ce l'hanno sostituita subito. Essendo in un'ottima posizione non serve usare mezzi pubblici per visitare la città. Inoltre è a 15 minuti dalla stazione di Santa Justa quindi si può tranquillamente andare a prendere il treno per visitare le città vicine. Noi siamo stati benissimo.

Il piano doccia perdeva acqua.

L appartamento è ottimo in tutto , è a circa 10 minuti da tutto,attrazioni e supermarket, pulito ordinato e con tutto quello che serve , ci sono 3 climatizzatori che rendono perfettamente la temperatura in casa .. l host è attento a tutto e sempre disponibile .. lo consiglio ..

Apartment was so spacious shower was fantastic kitchen had everything you needed. But honestly the terrace was amazing it was so big had sun loungers table n comfort chairs, and was on the top floor not over looked.. Also was walking distance for bars ect, the air con was brilliant bedrooms were dark and quiet, best place iv stayed in seville.

No fault with this apartment just to be aware there is few flights of stairs but is totally worth it for the big terrace

Wie hatten die Penthouse-Wohnung. Der Check-in war sehr einfach, nachdem ich endlich den Türcode zugesandt bekommen hatte. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, ca. 20 - 25 Min. zu Fuß zur Kathedrale und den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wenige Minuten zu kleinen Supermärkten und Restaurants. Sehr gute Betten und gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, was bei 40 Grad im Schatten wichtig ist. Nette Dachterrasse.

Der Boden der Wohnung und der Dachterrasse war sehr schmutzig. Ich hatte schwarze Füße und habe erstmal gewischt. Alles andere war sauber. Die Ausstattung ist dürftig. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns noch Gläser und ein Sonnenschirm gebracht, der aber in einem kaputten Ständer stand, der immer umfiel. Mit 4 Personen wäre es schwierig geworden mit Geschirr und Besteck. Auch gab es auf der Dachterrasse nur alte und ungepflegte Plastikmöbel für drei Personen. Die beiden Liegen waren so schmutzig, dass wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Die gesamte Wendeltreppe wackelte, sodass man Angst hatte, sie zu benutzen. Mit etwas besserer Ausstattung wäre die Wohnung sehr schön. So aber war sie für den Preis zu teuer.

Struttura in posizione comoda, soprattutto se si ha una macchina considerata la vicinanza di parcheggi coperti (a pagamento). L’appartamento era dotato di ogni accessorio, comodo anche per soggiorni di media/lunga durata.

Era presente un forte odore di muffa e/o umidità, forse per il fatto che abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento situato a piano terra. Anche con l’aria condizionata accesa l’odore risultava persistente.
