Avinguda Jaume I el Conqueridor

Terrazzo utilizzabile per colazione/pranzo/cena con bella vista sul mare, poco distante dalle spiagge, aria condizionata, frigo e freezer capienti perfetto per fare una spesa grande e avere le cose sempre fresche. Utile il parcheggio sotterraneo e la piscina per un tuffo a fine giornata.

La casa è stata data per 5 persone (2 adulti, 2 ragazzi di 17-18 anni, 1 ragazzino di 12 anni) ma i posti letto, le stoviglie, le sedie e tavolo, erano per 4 persone. Da foto su Booking doveva esserci: 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 letto a castello e 1 divano letto da una piazza/mezza. Ma al nostro arrivo il letto a castello non c’era, al suo posto un letto impossibile dormire in 2 ragazzi con il caldo (per fortuna, avevamo con noi un materassino da campeggio, solo così ognuno aveva un posto letto singolo). Mancava l’asciugacapelli ma ci hanno portato un asciugamano in più.

La playa que esta enfrente tiene mucha piedra y no es cómoda para bañar, el cheking pone a las 12 y hasta las 14h no entramos, por lo demas todo bien!!

The view to the sea is nice. The swimming pool is good too. A nice restaurant on the street.

Many things. 1. The address on the listing is generic street address and on Google maps displays a much nicer building. The real address is a building 2km off the good part of the beach in a congested area. 2. The beach nearby is rocky, for surfers, or people with dogs. The sandy beach nearby is dirty and empty. A nice sandy swimmable beach is 1.5 - 2 km away. 3. The host is a rude person. Very impolite on the check in. He charged me EUR 30 additional in return for handing me the keys at 10pm instead of 4pm. I told him there is no such thing mentioned on the listing. He didn't care. On the check out, he sent someone 1 hour later than the agreed appointment time. I had to wait all this time. He does not communicate, sends rude WhatsApp messages. 4. The apartment is not suitable for more than 4 people. The property accepted us a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. We struggled fitting in, and on 2nd day 2 of the adults had to move out to another property. There is one queen size bed in one room, the other room has one single bed, and the sofa bed in the living room is too small for 2. 5. Airconditioning only in the main room and the living room, but not in the smaller room with single bed. 6. The apartment does not give a clean feeling. Kitchen had half washed dishes, the beds had rather old colored sheets, only 3 pillows provided, the cushions in the apartment stink. 7. The washroom, without any handwash or shampoo sachets etc. We had to buy everything. We left them there, hopefully the next guest can use them. The shower floods the bathroom. 8. The car park in the basement is meant for a very small car. But free parking is available in the night on the street. 9. Overall a big disappointment, and surely not a good value for money.

Excellent location, right by the beach, the view is spectacular from the large balcony, the kitchen is fully equipped.

The beds are not very comfortable and a bit worn out.

The place is amazing and the view is absolutely one time! We arrived easy to the location. Near you have supermarkets, coffee bars, restaurants and bus/ tren stops. The area is veery, very beautiful and peaceful. The apartment is more than 10+, honestly you will never regret booking this place!! Was clean, stylishly and colourfully furnished and it has everything you need. The view is amazing, people, you have to visit it!! The owner of the apartment is very kind, smiling and welcoming. You can use the pool, which was clean and nice. We absolutely will come back to this place! Thank you for being our host!

Fantastic location with stunning views and an absolutely fantastic balcony. Lovely comfortable bed and nice hot shower.

Nothing to stop me returning, perhaps some new cutlery.

While property was good, the bath should be walk in shower, and towels should be changed daily. Overall, we were still pleased as the apartment was large and the view was to die for.

The bathroom needs upgrading, and there was no WiFi service
