Las Brisas de Puerto Rico with Jacuzzi

There is a semi-private patio, easy access to large swimming pool and mini-golf. Apartment has two floors, though stairs could feel a bit narrow and steep. The mall with few nice dining places are about 7 minutes away, but about 200 stair-steps down. It is possible to walk to beach, but that will take some 15 minutes. Easy to get on main highway.

Getting keys was an interesting adventure as we do not know Spanish, but we sorted it out.

The pool and apartment were of a very high standard and we would definitely come here again.

We had to wait between showers for the heater to warm up. This, in our opinion, is a minor problem and didn't affect our holiday, though.

Great communication from the hosts, resolved a minor matter quickly, the location suited as I wanted to do plenty of walking and steps, cleaner who met us was very friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and well maintained.

Took 24 hours to heat up the hot tub, really needs the insulated cover.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds and parasols, however the pool is very cold!

The terrace hardly got any sun all day. The pool area did not get sun until 11.30am. A long trek down 150+ steps to reach bars and shops, so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility or knee problems!

Location was good overlooking Puerto Rico. Parking was good. There was plenty of space in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment is a little faded. There a few things that could do with replacing like the ironing board, iron, shower curtains. The front door did not fully lock although it could be safely shut.

Nice apartment, great view, very well equipped. You'll need a car or be very fit. But if you meet those criteria then a great choice.

Some little bits of maintenance needed, but less than my own house!
