We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Marbella! The location is ideal – just a 2-minute walk from the city center, yet peaceful and quiet. The view over the promenade and the sea is absolutely stunning. The host was incredibly thoughtful – we found food waiting for us in the fridge, everything was spotless, and communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. It’s definitely a place we’ll return to. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location with beautiful sea view. The host kindly and very usefully provided some basics - coffee, bread, milk, butter, cheese, ham and jam! Secure parking is available beneath the property. We would certainly recommend for a self catering stay in Marbella.

Amazing location, very clean and modern apartment

Just a note on the ‘breakfast included’ service, which was not what we really expected, as we would have had to cook our own breakfast with some food already provided by the host (eggs, ham, yogurt)

At the beginning of my post, I will state that I am a really big traveler all over the world. And if I am not satisfied with an accommodation, I will state it in a private message to the accommodation provider with comments, I will specify the shortcomings so that other clients are more satisfied. But I have to respond to this publicly, since we experienced something that we have not experienced before on our travels around the world. And I really do not wish it on anyone. That's why. This accommodation was part of our 17-day trip around the Iberian Peninsula. I will also state again that I am a really passionate traveler and I travel the globe several times a year. We use a lot of hotels and accommodation every year. This was one of my really - worst experiences and top unpleasant experiences !!! Imagine that you arrive at a beautiful place and, I must say, at a very nice accommodation and..., you are greeted in an incredibly unpleasant manner by a woman who, instead of smiling and welcoming you normally, screams and shouts at you senselessly. A completely crazy and unacceptable approach. Let me explain. The apartment was supposed to be ready from 3:00 PM. We arrived at 5:00 PM. We contacted the accommodation owner on the phone number in question that we had arrived. The lady told us on the phone that she had a meeting and that she would arrive in 15 minutes. To which we said that we would not go far from the apartment and would wait nearby. However, when no one called us even after 40 minutes, we called again that we had really come a long way, that how should we arrange ourselves, what should we do and where to wait, whether to go for dinner or what. Then the first shower of shouting and verbal attacks started on us, asking why we didn't call earlier, that she was also in charge of other things..., this approach shocked us. I asked if we should wait, or what we should do. The lady on the phone shouted at us uncontrollably, without a break...

So after about 1,500 km spent in the car, we waited outside in front of the door for about an hour and a half...!!! Then the landlady came and continued her verbal attack on us, saying that she was handing over 10 apartments today, that she wasn't just in charge of us...!!! Moreover, even after some time the landlord was not bothered..., not even with the micro thought of apologizing... A TERRIBLE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE A small pinch of politeness, normal communication, explanation before that..., In my opinion, the apartment was not ready and cleaned on time, that's why we were treated like this... Let the landlord imagine how he would feel if he were on the other side. He comes on vacation after 1,500km tired... and someone verbally and especially senselessly attacks him like this..., just let him imagine..., how he would feel and how he would like it... I warn everyone about the above experience and prepare them. I didn't mean to offend anyone with this review, but the behavior of the lady who handed us the keys to the apartment was absolutely unjustified and unacceptable in the tourism industry. Maybe she just had a bad day and took it out on us.. One last snack... the attached pictures show how the owner means that the accommodation comes with breakfast..., ... that probably doesn't even need a comment, everyone can form their own opinion...
