"Lovely apartment by the beach"

The apartment is quite close to the Malvarrosa Beach. Easy access to parks, supermarkets, street workout areas, restaurants and the city center. Comfortable for 6 people.

"Very Good"

The location of the property was good cause you could walk to beach and restaurants. The host was great and helpful. Full size kitchen and well equipped.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and the street parking at night is weird since there are people out there asking for money

"Buena ubicación y comodidades"

Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados, tienen todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El patio del piso bajo es grande y se está muy bien. La atención del personal fue excelente, Susana siempre dispuesta a cualquier duda nos lo puso todo muy fácil.

El piso superior es algo más incómodo al ser tipo dúplex y tener que subir a la terraza por arriba.

The location was excellent. 100m to a great beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants and cafes.

The key to enter the building struggled to open. On the other set of keys it struggled to open the room. The key didn’t open the back gate. One of the sheets on the bed smelt like it had been left in the washing machine. Had a bad musky smell.

Excelente ubicación a dos pasos de la playa y bien comunicado con el centro. El apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. Parking privado que fue un plus para nosotros. La atención de Susana fue excelente, atenta y comunicativa. Sin duda repetiríamos!

He estado alojada con mi familia 5 días en estos apartamentos. El apartamento está muy bien, estaba limpio y tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Está a 2 minutos a pie de la playa y muy bien comunicado con el centro de Valencia, ya que hay paradas de tranvía/metro y bus a escasos 5 minutos del apartamento. Queremos hacer mención especial a nuestra anfitriona Susana, que fue la que nos enseñó el apartamento y nos atendió en todo momento, además nos dio algunas recomendaciones sobre sitios cercanos para comer y zonas de interés para visitar en Valencia.

Excelente estadia com uma acolhedora recepção da Sra Suzana, que nos deu todas as informações necessárias relativas a Valência. Desde locais a visitar, melhores restaurantes, praias. Muito simpática 😊. Boa localização a 5 m( a pé )da praia. A visitar novamente. 👍😊
