Широкий піщаний пляж з невеликою кількістю людей, вид з балкону на море, простора квартира, є все необхідне і навіть більше. ( Нитки, ваги, прасувальна дошка, сейф, багато посуду, миючі засоби, рушники для пляжу, парасолі для пляжу, стільці для пляжу.) Посудомийні машина, пральна машина. Ввічливий персонал, який завжди на зв'язку. Гарна інфраструктура. Все поруч. Кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті. Перший поверх. Ми їздили в сусідню Торрев'єху з її багатолюдними пляжами і були задоволені,що вибрали саме апартаменти в Ла Мата, тому що тут більш затишно і просторо. До аеропорту в Аликанте півгодини на таксі. Особлива подяка господарю за безкоштовне проживання 2 членів нашої родини ,які приїхали на 3 доби до нас.

Матраци були не зовсім зручні.

Apartment is very nice, big, clean, close to the sea. It has a sea view and all the necessary things, including the kitchen, u can cook any time, There are several shops, a pharmacy, a cafe with a variety of baked goods, and a restaurant nearby. The girl is very friendly and sweet and will help you in any situation. We hope back again.

We are very satisfied

We had a late flight and our host Micha was so lovely and helpful and met us with key even with the late hour ,and also walked us to bus stop on our departure going above and beyond.view from apartment second to none,sunrise and sunset so beautiful.lovely spacious well equipped apartment.Clean and comfortable with everything you need nearby.beach chairs and umbrella supplied which was fantastic.

small detail and just our personal preference but long pillow on bed would have been great rather than cushion style

La ubicacion a pie de playa. Apartamento cómodo, muy bien equipado y limpio. La persona que nos recibió nos dió todo tipo de explicaciones para hacernos mejor la estancia. Todo estupendo

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The beautiful sea view with palm trees and long walks along the coast were a great experience. The location was perfect – everything was within easy reach (shop, pharmacy, bakery). The apartment was clean, well maintained, and had a comfortable mattress, so we slept very well. We would definitely love to come back.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment looks exactly like the photos – it is modern, clean, and the kitchen is equipped well above standard. A huge plus was the very comfortable mattresses, which gave us a quality of sleep just like at home. The location is perfect; not only is everything you need (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants) literally just a few steps away, but the apartment is right on the beach. The sea views directly from the windows were simply breathtaking. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

C'était une location d'appartement. belle vue sur la mer mais au premier étage juste au dessus d'un restaurant...

Le bruit du au restaurant juste en dessous et certain jour avec un "concert", très bruyant. Heureusement, j'avais mes boules quies.
