Great location, but it is on a hill so need to be fit.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

The property was close to the beach front and the nightlife. It felt safe and secure. Short walk to everything you need although up a hill on the way home. It was very clean and had an equipped kitchen washing machine and fridge. It is also cheap. The lady who let us in was lovely, however the owner of the apartment had an attitude when we spoke about the sofa bed issue. He said other people have never had a problem even though I pointed out the reviews said otherwise.

This is not a 7/8 person apartment. It is 6. The sofa bed is 2 odd sized benches that don’t attach together. You have to lie on parts of the frame that stick up all night. It is not a sofa bed. I had the owner of the apartment bring a fold up bed for us after 2 nights of us taking turns on the ‘sofa bed’ throughout the night. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom. Not sufficient for ‘8’ people. The apartment is in a residential complex made up of lots of blocks of apartments. We booked the taxi into Benidorm using booking.com so they had the address provided by booking.com. We were dropped off 30 min walk away. The taxi company insisted they had taken us to the address on booking.com and wouldn’t come back for us and 8 cases. The lady that let us into the apartment when we eventually got there was very nice and patiently waited for us to arrive but she had to give us lots more details that aren’t on the address on the booking.com listing to explain how to get there. Despite making lots of calls to the company before hand to explain where we were, the taxi that picked us up to go back the airport (who also had the booking.com address) also went to the wrong place.

We booked it because we wanted to be away from the noise of Benidorm but still walk there .. so the location was ok . The apartment is bigger than we thought

Beds were awful .. u couldn’t move without them squeaking.. the sofa Bed was uncomfortable.. bedding dated .. cooker Broken but still worked .. but worst of all shocking noise from neighbours for the last 3 weeks of our stay . 2.30 in the morning.. informed the owner who sounded sympathetic but just pasted us back on to booking.com .. who totally ignored us .. so we had too check out in to hotels

Absolutely nothing

Everything …. It was in a gated residential site ….. there were streets sellers ( looks men) camping on a green … the apartment was in the last block of four on a steep incline … no mention of this anywhere….. it was on 14 th floor ….. and it was very basic …. We all agreed we wouldn’t feel safe having to come back at night …. we got in the lift and as we got out on ground floor there was a young boy with a big dog and he had to pull the dog back because he was barking etc This confirmed it for us … we left …. I feel we should have a refund as we never stayed.

Great kitchen and bathroom. Nice dining and sitting area. Lovely swing park.

It was advertised with a pool and terrace but had neither. All we wanted was a basic apartment with balcony and pool and this is why we chose this one. After searching for details on the pool on the listing (once we were told it was closed) it did say 'seasonal' but we did not class early October as off season. The resort was heaving with people and the weather was hot so feel this was not fairly advertised. The beds were awful (like camp beds) and woke you up every time you moved slightly in the night because they were so squeaky.

Price was good

Didn’t have a toilet for a day when we arrived or use of the pool. Location was tiring to walk up
