Location is great Rooms are clean and facilities are good

We did experience some cockroaches on our stay but that was not the property fault we had some sweets open on the table and also some wet clothes drying in the kitchen area.

This apartment is in a perfect location for those who want to be in the heart of the resort. It has everything you need for a great holiday including an outstanding swimming pool area.

The shower didn't drain away properly and overflowed but we overcame this by using a towel as a barrier.

Gott om utrymme. Nära till centrum. Bra altan. Hade det vi behövde i köket. Kano med badrum och toalett.

Lite hårda sängar. Inga dynor till solsängarna. Blev väldigt hårt.

The location was really nice and easy to access to the beach by 20 minutes walk, close to the shopping center by 5 minutes walk.

No flying pans, difficult to cook something.

The location was very good, near shopping center, restaurants and bus station. Only 62 steps to climb which is a good score for Puerto Rico (last time in PR we had over 200 steps to climb!). Communication with the owner was good. After changing the satellite decoder, the reception of Astra channels was perfect. Having 2 toilets was practical for the rare cases when both people need it at the same time! There was a kettle for our daily herb teas. There was vinegar, salt and pepper there. We left also a bit of cinnamon, olive oil and some crackers for the followers.

Nothing major that we didn't like. A few cockroaches, that's normal in the Canary islands, but the electronic repellers in the room seem to be rather efficient. At the beginning the satellite reception was very bad (bad image, incomprehensible sound). The delay to have the satellite decoder changed was a bit long (in the 3rd week) so for our last week the satellite channels did work perfectly. The balcony in the upper room is the smallest I have ever seen, but this didn't bother us. There was noise from some bars until 2 in the morning, but it was bearable. We could even fall asleep.
