Comunicarea bună, zona liniștită, pat queen size, curat. Aproape de parcul Turia, la 20 minute de poarta Serrano și centru. Stații de autobuz și supermarket la 4 minute.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma ben equipaggiato e pulito..Sicuramente funzionale se si hanno poche pretese.

L'appartamento è molto buio anche con il sole fuori bisogna sempre accendere la luce. La posizione è a circa 25 minuti a piedi dal centro (siamo grandi camminatori, ma avremmo preferito maggiore comodità)e la zona non è certamente delle migliori. Inoltre, essendo piano strada, ogni rumore esterno si sente.
