Location is great! East access and spacious apartment!

The floors need to be mopped! All ours socks were black after a few mins of walking around!

Great location, steps from the Goya metro stop and near Corte Ingles. The Carrefour grocery store is just 50m away. The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The rooftop pool is small but refreshing and rejuvenating after a hot day of 20,000 steps exploring the sights of Madrid. The apartment is newly renovated, immacualte, clean/ modern and very quiet. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 college aged children, but would have worked great when they were younger too. The apartment is just as it appeared in the booking.com.listing. the staff went above and beyond when they sent information about the Pope's visit to Madrid to help us plan our itinerary. Would book here again.

No tiene aire acondicionado como tal sino un sistema que para los días de calor no abastece . La temperatura no bajo de 24 grados en en interior y eso fue muy molesto . Además no tiene buena acústica , en primer piso entra el ruido de la calle y de los otros pisos . Eso generó molestias incluso con los otros pisos alquilados . Toallas debieran ser más grandes y suaves

Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

El apto está con mal mantenimiento to y aseo deficiente. Las toallas rotas, los electrodomésticos no funcionan, aseo muy malo. Al sofá de la sala se le salen los resortes, la caja fuerte se bloquea y duraron dos días en arreglarlo. Terrible apto

La ubicación es muy buena, central cerca de todo. El departamento muy bien equipado y limpio. Las camas confortables y los baños limpios y modernos. Aire acondicionado estupendo.

En general todo estuvo estupendo.

Perfect location right in the city center, in a safe and vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The apartment was very clean, had a great swimming pool to relax in, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Overall, it was comfortable, convenient, and ideal for exploring the city.

The only downside is that apartments on the lower floors can be quite noisy at night. Since the area is very lively and popular with young people, you can hear activity from the restaurants and bars until late. Light sleepers may want to request a higher-floor apartment or bring earplugs.
