"Nice, calm and safe neighbourhood, with what seems to be a rather new apartment.Missing a few things"

the apartment seemed new and in a safe neighbourhood. Even though it is a bit away far from the main attractions they were nice restaurants around it along the playground, walking area and a supermarket.

The kitchen misses amenities - no basic "welcome" amount of salt, pepper, oil, sugar, paper towels etc... the floors could be cleaner and the sofa had a stain on it. No TV channels. We wrote to the owner inquiring about it (our kids wanted a good night cartoon) but the owner never responded to our message.
