Amazing host, very welcoming and helpful, always available for any questions. Great location in Triana, with all the bars, restaurants and flamenco places. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum Sevilli, w dzielnicy Triana - bardzo blisko mostu. Nowoczesny apartament w kamienicy z przepiękną otwartą przestrzenią wewnętrzną - luksusowy wygląd. Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny, z wygodnym łóżkiem w sypialni, ze wewnętrznym patio. Spędziliśmy świetny czas w Sevilli mając świetną bazę wypadową do zwiedzania. Niedaleko przy moście całodobowy parking.

"Very good stay, needs more ventilation and a dehumidifier."

The room is clean, the location is great, and the owner is very nice and helpful! The room even has a little patio area, but we didn't use it. Getting in and out of the room is pretty easy, as our room is on the first floor.

I think it's because of the weather (we travelled during the beginning of April), the room is very humid and not that well-ventilated. It feels damp in the room all the time, and it was not really good for my nose. Other than that, everything's great.

L'emplacement au top la facilité d'échange avec l'hôte (pour remplir les procédures administratives ou juste pour savoir si tout allait bien) les petites attentions dans l'appartement: dosette de café, corbeille de fruits,...

La résidence peut être bruyante: l'isolation phonique des fenêtres n'est pas au top.

"Perfektes Apartment in Triana"

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten in Triana. Viele Tapas Bars, Eisgeschäfte etc. in unmittelbarer Umgebung und die Wohnung ist trotzdem ruhig. Die Altstadt konnte man auch zu Fuß gut erreichen. Die kleine Terrasse ist wunderbar. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber es wird alles was man braucht zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Küche hat man auch alles was man braucht. Kaffee Kapselmaschine, Wasserkocher und sogar eine elektrische Zitruspresse. Der Check In war problemlos und der Vermieter sehr bemüht, um unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen.

Wir hatten nur ein kleines Problem mit dem Toaster.
