APARTAMENTO TRIANA DELUXE CON PATIO PRIVADO

Amazing location and beautiful property. Although the area is very busy, the apartment is very quiet and relaxing. We slept beautifully. We’ll be back. Thank you!

A very nice, cosy appartment, large sitting/ dinning room/kitchen, lovely bedroom with a comfortable double bed and huge wardrobe, marble floor, even a private patio with table and chairs( maybe, more like for the summer time, not winter). We liked its location and we chosen it because of location- near Triana Ceramics. Very close to Triana Mercado also, beautiful church few minutes away, few interesting shops, tavernas and cafes. Easy pleasant walk over St Isabel bridge to other side of river to Seville Old town.

Really, we liked everything. Just few things needs attention: when I tried to fry an egg on the cooker, electrical tripping happened in whole appartment..We looked at fuse box- it was checked in year 2006...Nearly 20 years ago. When tripping happened at 7:30am, it was still dark. We tried to contact owner, did not want to touch anything( danger of fire). Finally somebody was sent at 11 am to help us- a woman did not speak or understood a word in English..Did not look very helpful either.. Then every time we tried to heat food on cooker, we had electrical tripping..I really do not think, it is safe to use! Another thing- we asked an owner about recycling- it never was clarified where to recycle rubish bags.. And the last thing: having a vacuum cleaner in the appartment would be really cool!

The location was excellent - in a vibrant area with a nice community feel and plenty of restaurants and cafes, and within easy walking distance of all the main tourist destinations. The apartment was spacious with all the facilities we could need (although we knew in advance it did not have a washing machine)

The small attached patio was slightly smelly and with no views due to the high walls, but we did not need it anyway

Bathroom is very small and you can hear the flushing of the toilet upstairs.

Very nice and cosy apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excelent, close to restaurants and shops, but quiet at night. The city center is in walking distance and there is a bus station nearby for easy transfer to the airport or train station.
