Could do with a little bit of a glow up

The two terraces were amazing, and the property was perfect for our stay! The bedrooms were all good sizes and very clean. Juan (our host) was extremely responsive to any questions that we had, and very friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Double terrace (one on either side of property) is great and I’d imagine larger than most in the area! The complex was undergoing renovations, particularly the common areas which were starting to look good. Pool access and area was great and clean, no beds/chairs so take down your own beach towels. Good location, Lidl and shopping centre not far and a short walk the opposite way into restaurants/bars/beach.

The drain smell in each bathroom was very overwhelming and actually woke us up in the night one night the smell was that bad. There were ants in many areas of the property when we arrived and throughout our stay, particularly in the kitchen which was not ideal. Had a power cut one morning, possibly due to construction work taking place downstairs at the property. Plaster coming off walls needs fixing and a re-paint of the whole property to bring up to standard. The condition of the sunshade on the terrace, cushions of furniture on the terrace could do with being replaced. Extra seating in living area would be handy. With these improvements the apartment could be lovely.

The Apartment was actually bigger than we thought it was. There were 2 huge terrace's, and the Apartment itself was really big. Very clean and tidy,we thought there was only one bathroom but there was also a ensuite in the main bedroom. Overall we all really enjoyed staying there.

El alojamiento era amplio, contaba con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y disponía de dos baños. Las instalaciones con las que contaba la urbanización estaban muy bien.

Cuando llegamos el alojamiento estaba sucio; el plato de ducha tenía pelos y los lavabos tenían manchas de suciedad, la placa de la cocina no estaba limpia así como algunos utensilios de cocina y las mesas tanto la del salón como la de las dos terrazas. Éramos seis y en la mesa del salón solo había cinco sillas porque la otra estaba fuera rota y manchada. La suciedad de la casa fue comunicado y vinieron a limpiar los baños y nos trajeron sábanas debido a que había algunas manchadas. Cuando vinieron a limpiar la casa la jefa de limpieza tuvo una mala actitud con una de nosotras y se negó a limpiarnos los platos de ducha, aunque finalmente la otra chica de limpieza que fue nos dijo que no nos preocupásemos que ella los limpiaba. Esta misma señora quiso grabar como teníamos la casa para luego si nos quejábamos de algo echarnos cosas en cara. También quería comentar que en la terraza que hay donde la cocina hay unas sillas azules que una de nosotras se sentó y se le llenó el brazo de mini cristalitos.

Le ménage laissait à désirer, des traces des précédents locataires,l’état des pares soleil de la terrasse, du mobilier sale sur la terrasse, aucune attention (pas de bouteilles d’eau, ni chocolats, ni café…). La résidence est en travaux, notamment les parties communes en réfection.

wonderful location and apartment with huge double balcony and view over the city. master bedroom had its own bathroom. nice pool area.

there was only a single set of keys even the apartment is well suitable 6+ group.
