We had a wonderful stay in San Sebastian! The location was perfect—right by the sea, offering beautiful views and a refreshing atmosphere. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mikel, our host, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always available to help with recommendations or anything else we needed. We loved how close we were to excellent restaurants and the charming Old Town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Sebastian!

"Amazing apartment with a stunning view"

The whole apartment is great, excellent location and Mikel is a wonderful host, he met us outside on arrival handed over the keys and explained everything we needed to know. The view from the terrace is stunning, the place was spotless and had everything we needed. Old Town is a 20min walk, plenty of bars and Pinchos to choose from. United won aswell !!

"Very comfortable with excellent host. A little overpriced."

The host was waiting for us at 1am! Amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Showed us up to the appartment and made sure everything was in order before he left. He even drove around with me (at 1am!) to find a more suitable parking spot as my car was too tall for the underground parking (over 1.9m). Very comfy beds and all amenities provided for.

The initial entrance area is open to the public and completely full of extremely ugly graffitti on every wall and corner. Not what I was expecting and very off-putting and oppresive. This is not restricted to this area but is an epidemic in Spain to which people seem to turn a blind eye but it is not really something you expect to see on arrival and for this cost. It was quite a shock. The apprtment could do with a bit of painting and decorating and is a bit tired. I think it's a bit overpriced for the level of decor and antrance area, although appreciate its in front of the beach. The shower is quite small (although works well). The host has an unrivalled position as the council refuses to allow more than one flat in each block to be rented out - in this case over 30 flats in this block. The hotel groups are too powerful so there are a lot of empty flats around which means the lucky ones can charge a premium.
