It’s the second time we come to this place, each time staying around one month. The property has everything you need, it’s close to the sea, the parking is abundant, there are nice restaurants in the area, some having excellent gluten free selection. The owners are super responsive and happy to help whenever something is needed. Great value for money!

Great location, close to the airport and the main road from where you can get to any place you want. Close to the main street with a good amount of shops, the beach is also not far. The apartment is very very clean, it provides you with everything you need - TV, comfy couch, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine. The towels are provided, also some for the beach, some board games available. If you travel with kids, there are a couple of buckets with spade and rake to take to the beach which is nice. There were some spices available for cooking, the owner provided us with a bottle of water on arrival which was a nice touch. Some toiletries are available too, pretty much everything you need is there. Lovely owner who did meet us to show the apartment where everything is. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Good value for money and a lovely place to stay! Thank you to the owner for everything!

The bathroom door makes quite a loud noise when you open/close it. Lots of noise from the communal staircase but it wasn't a big problem as we were always out and about. The only downside I can think of was no night curtains or blinds in the single room as once it gets light outside it's hard to sleep longer if you wish so because of too much daylight. In the double bedroom there is a blind that makes the room very dark. It would be handy in another bedroom too.

Overall, my experience at this accommodation was great. I loved the cozy and clean atmosphere, and it had all the amenities we needed. The evenings were fairly quiet, which was nice.

One thing I'd like to mention is the kids' room – it had thin curtains instead of roller blinds, so some street light seeped in. Installing roller blinds there would make a big difference in ensuring a better night's sleep.

Excellent internet speed. We got baby cot as requested, loads of towels, kitchen well equipped Late checkout was available 🤠 while the host didn't speak much English we did understand each other enough. Good communication on bookings.

Confusing TV remote. While TV is new. And remote has smart TV functions like Netflix prime and everything. It lacks volume button. And menu button. No easy way to change volume after kids went to bed. As you need to say it to TV, and it speaks onl Spanish and we don't. Here comes the menu buttons, we couldn't change the language because there is no button 1.We had to Google translate"volume downs" 2. translate to Spanish. 3. Press microphone button 4. Make Google translate say Spanish version of volume down 5. Wait till TV turns it down 6. Repeat 1-5 7. Repeat 1-5 8. Repeat 1-5 It shouldn't be do difficult.

Location is good if you are not spending time in Arinaga. Close to exit from the city to motorway. Parking not straight forward but possible within one block from the entrance. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and juicer.

There would be great to have oven to bake pizza or other food.

Nice apartment. With everything you need

The owner of this property are super nice. We love Arinaga town and La fragata and Nelson restaurant. Also Playa del Cabron great spot for snorkel. Arinaga town is local people town and not resort. we loved this. apartment has washing machine , great for our trip trough the canaries

we love everything and they treated us great. Memory foam pillow where great, mattress could be improved though we think.
