"Ótima localização e bom custo benefício"

Localização central, com muitas linhas de metrô. Muitos restaurantes e bares para o dia a dia. Próximo de muitas e muitas lojas para compras. Perfeito para curtir a cidade a pé.

A pia do banheiro estava parcialmente entupida. Eles se ofereceram para arrumar, mas não quisemos perder tempo aguardando o serviço.

La ubicación. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien, hay que tener en cuenta que es 5to piso pero hay ascensor. Te dejan cosas elementales en el depto. Como así también cápsulas de nespreso, oliva, sal, pimienta y azúcar.

"Definitely a great place to stay right in the heart of Madrid."

The apartment couldn’t be in a better location, right on Gran Vía and literally just a few steps from the metro. The street is always lively, but the apartment is really well soundproofed, so we slept perfectly every night. The apartment itself is very modern, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the balcony. It’s such a nice spot to sit in the evening, watch the sunset, or even have dinner outside. Check-in was super smooth too. They didn’t just hand us the keys, someone actually walked with us from the office to the apartment and explained everything clearly. The office itself is clean and welcoming, and they even offered us water, use of the bathroom, and free luggage storage, which was really handy. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place if you want to experience the best of Madrid right in the center.

"Tolle Lage für Alleinreisende perfekt."

die Lage ist so perfekt man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön.

Das Licht im Bad ist zu dunkel, und es ist nicht wirklich viel Platz zum Arbeiten im Zimmer.

"Great apartment"

The AC was great as well as the private patio. All the room amenities were good and the bed was comfortable. Location can't be beat. Steps from Gran Via.

The tv was small and mounted poorly so it permanently leans and there is no shelf in the shower to hold any toiletries
