La vue magnifique , beaucoup de restaurants et commerces à proximité (en voiture).

I didn't like it. My reservation was canceled by property at the time of my arrival. The room was not ready, the Host said. We had to make another reservation at different place standing at front of the La Manzanita building . I can't answer any above or below questions because I didn't get a chance to stay at La Manzanita.

La Manzanita team and Host didn't respond for my request for refund. I sent them messages several times.They didn't also responded for questions sent from Booking. I lost time,money and trust to the host.Take a find hotel for one night and come back tomorrow - that's what Host said while we called and talked to about. This is a warning for people thinking about reservation Manzanita in Calpe ,Spain

The accommodation was excellent. It had everything you needed and the location was perfect. Nice and quiet but only 10 min walk to the beach, and 20 mins into Calp. The accommodation was very clean, washing machine and the view from balcony was lovely. Driving was simple and 11 mins to marina and beach where parking was free.

Absolutely nothing.

Peaceful location. Fab walk to beach. Very well equipped and comfortable. Just great to have a better sea view than expected.

Die Lage und Aussicht waren hervorragend. Der Hauptstrand von Cape war ca. 15 bis 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Apartment war recht groß und die Betten auch perfekt.

Der in der Beschreibung großartig angekündigte Strand in der Bucht ist nur drei Minuten entfernt. Es ist jedoch fast unmöglich, dort ins Wasser zu gehen, ohne sich zu verletzen, da es riesige Steine gibt. Das Apartment hat keine Klimaanlage und war daher recht heiß. Für Spanien ist das heutzutage Standard und man erwartet es auch. Vor der Anreise hatten wir diesbezüglich mehrfach beim Gastgeber nachgefragt, ob das Apartment eine Klimaanlage besitzt. Wir haben jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Erst am Tag der Ankunft erhielten wir die Antwort, dass es Ende August/Anfang September nicht mehr so heiß sei wie in der Hauptsaison. Genau das war jedoch nicht der Fall. Daher war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber -1 und nie wieder.

Pas de climatisation
