CASA LAS PLAYITAS -CLP- BEST SEA VIEW - In 1 Minute Ocean

Sofort nach der Buchung wurde von der Vermieterin der Kontakt hergestellt und auf die Bedürfnisse eingegangen - Ankunftszeit / Schlüsselübergabe / Fragen über das Appartement. Nach der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und Tipps gegeben. Es war alles sauber und in Ordnung.

Die Einrichtung ist gut jedoch alt.

Die überdachte Terasse ist toll - frühstücken mit direktem Blick aufs Meer! Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dadurch passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr so richtig.

Das Checkin war einfach. Guter Beschreib der Position der liegenschaft. Super Aussicht. Grosse Wohnung. Alles sehr ordentlich.

Etwas mühsam mit den drei Schlüsseln um hinein zu kommen. Etwas Kalt. Eine mobile Heizung wäre gut.

Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand.

Der Eingangsbereich wirkte ungepflegt. Man steht beim betreten der Wohnung direkt im Schlafzimmer . Dort steht auch die Waschmaschine. Der Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert. Die Küche war insgesamt veraltet.

We liked the good amount of space. You have one room for the day with windows that have large blinds that roll up to reveal a beautiful view of the sea and hills and another room for the evening which is comfortable and cosy. There is a small garden well planted and has table and chairs for two where you can relax and enjoy the sun and a view of the sea and village. The kitchen must contain every gadget known to Man. Our host was cheery and helpful. The neighbours are also friendly and there was no sound pollution. At the bottom of the road there is a pier with ladders down to the sea. There you may enter the sea for a refreshing swim. The ladders are newly installed and made of stainless steel and look trustworthy. The pier seems to be for pedestrians only because I never saw a boat tied up there though occasionally boats do collect and drop off passengers. The area feels very safe and you may enjoy an evening stroll. The best bar/restaurant by far is called La Rampa and it is right at the foot of the short road from the apartment.

In answer to "what didn't we like" I would say that I can't see how the property could be seriously improved. Visitors should appreciate that it is located on a steepish slope and I wouldn't advise anyone to drive up to the door from the street below. There is a promenade all around the bay at the top of the beach. I'd say it is about a mile long. At the far end there is a hotel for sporty people and from the prom you sometimes hear loudspeaker instructions to their guests. We found it amusing to hear people being told to "Stretch those arms!" and "Move those knees!" to the accompaniment of motivational boom boom music but I can see how it might annoy some people. Visitors to Los Probes beach should be aware that at certain times the beach has a steepish shelf and the sand can sink at the edge of the sea, meaning that less nimble people may have difficulty exiting the sea in certain places and should test the sand before plunging in.

Es un alojamiento con buenas vistas ?!!

La cama incomoda las instalaciones necesitan atención.,el acceso es complicado .

La posizione vicinissima al mare con possibilitá di mangiare sul terrazzino vista mare. Comoda anche per visitare l'isola. L'appartamento é dotato di tutto il necessario, ha anche la lavatrice. Il paese é piccolo ma ha market e posti per mangiare. É molto tranquillo, frequentato soprattutto da locali. Siamo stati benissimo! La signora gentilissima e accogliente

La spiaggia ma l'isola offre tantissime altre possibilitá. Unico piccolo appunto, attrezzare meglio il cucinotto con un paio di coltelli in piú e sostituire alcune posate un pó datate, ma sono davvero dettagli, ce la siamo cavata bene comunque e siamo stati benissimo!
