After doing some research about how to leave a bad review, I quickly realised that nothing will ever do this place justice. If you are looking for a rude, nasty, and ignorant hotel whose values are built upon exploiting customers and providing poor customer service then look no further. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service, having spent over two weeks trying to resolve an issue, being ignored 7 times and being told “to not disturb their life”. It is clear that this hotel do not care about their customers at all and will take any opportunity to exploit them, as is what has happened with me. Having a happy customer is quite evidently bottom of their priorities list and it is for this exact reason that I decided to leave a review. I have never left a review before but this company have driven me to write my first not only to try and prevent future customers having the same experience as me but to also try and prevent such a self-centred and nasty business continuing to operate in the same way. After being treated how I have, I beg you to please not even consider giving this hotel your business. Spend an extra couple euros and find a hotel that may actually have the slightest interest in the experience of their customers.

Fabulous central location. Spotlessly clean and super comfortable bed.
