Cleanliness, location and parking space

Garage, as most inner city garages, would be challenging for bug cars and vans. It was ok for a midsize suv. But you don’t need your car in Sevilla anyway

The apartment is situated in the old town within easy walking distance of all the sights. The parking space in the garage was a great help as parking is scarce in this area of narrow streets. We were very comfortable in the apartment and had a great stay in Seville.

No complaints. The apartment was comfortable and convenient for our stay.

Great contact with the host Jorge, who makes you feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious and with all the things you need during a stay in Seville. The location is fantastic, you can walk to the city centre (or use a Lime bike). What we really liked was that you feel like how it is to really live in Seville, you are part of the city when you stay in this apartment.

A little worn. Noise protection not very good

Great location, quiet, private, clean, lift, parkingplace in the garage. The owner was welcoming and punctual.

The apartment and most furniture and details / equipment are sad & old & in need of some love and attention or repair / replacement. Double bed too short (it is not a standard length of 2 meters). Showercabin leeks water into the bathroom floor.

Fully equipped, a very clean flat. Great localization, almost in the heart of Seville. Communication with the host was flawless. We got a lot of recommendations for places to eat and shopping.

Location is good, we liked the privat car parking. Nice, cosy apartment.
