Marin Beach Apartments Patacona

La tranquilidad del lugar, a pocos minutos, (20) del centro de Valencia, se puede ir incluso en el BUS 31. El apartamento es muy cómodo, todo estaba ordenado y limpio, tiene un buen parking y un hermoso balcón con sillones, la zona de playa y alrededores es muy bonita. Nuestra anfitriona, Anka, siempre cordial y atenta. Recomendable lugar.

Blízko mora, krásny výhľad. Priestranná terasa, ktorú sme však nevyužili, kedze v čase nasho pobytu fúkal silný vietor. Milá a ochotná majiteľka, počkala nás pred komplexom a bola ochotná nás ubytovať aj skor, ako je bežné, kedze sme prileteli okolo 13.00

This is a huge property with multiple buildings so it was excellent that Anca from the property management personally met us and escorted us to our apartment. I loved the location, a block from the beach, close to restaurants, and transportation (the bus can drop you off right there!). The space is excellent and we appreciated the full kitchen.

It’s a good walk to the front (exit to street) if you’re in one of the back buildings. Just be prepared. The larger bathroom looks beautiful but having only half a glass wall as a shower door gives you a cold shower and a wet floor. The second bathroom was very small, like a cruise ship, and the glass bathroom door makes for lack of privacy and if you get up to pee in the middle of the night, the light shines brightly through the glass door.
