Apartment in a gated community, ideal also for a you g family. 3min walking from the beach. Clean, all facilities are inside and the bed sleeps good. Good host as well

Lovely location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes from the supermarket, plenty of restaurants (not all open but only because we went out of season). The host was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment far exceeded expectations in terms of facilities, you couldn't want for anything more. Large, very clean, and comfortable. There are lifts to the upper floors and the complex is very secure, you can only enter if you are a resident/guest, which makes it very safe. We will definitely be back!!

The location is very good, closed to beautiful beach, in a silent area, safe, close to public transport and supermarket. Kitchen is fully functioning and it has also a dish cleaner and washing machine. The balcony has a great view , sea you can see from there. The host is super nice and helpful with hints and answering very fast to all the questions.

Great location, literally 5 minutes' walk to a beach, a bus stop nearby to get to the city center, a short walk to a supermarket. The host was very nice and friendly, we had no issues with anything, WiFi was available and fast enough. The terrace was perfect for breakfasts and evening drinks. The room has all necessary facilities like a dishwasher or washing machine.

Everything was spotless. The location was brilliant - 3 min walk to the beach. The swimming pool was crowded but if you choose times wisely you could have a proper swim (straight after opening, after afternoon break and around 20:30 till closing). Very nice restaurants around, especially tres14 - beautiful starters, main courses and desserts. Perfect spot to relax as a family but plenty to do for a single person as well ( plenty of gyms and fitness centers around). The apartment was very well equipped. Sound proof windows and a huge balcony sliding door were very helpful when there was a music festival on the beach. I would highly recommend that place and will definitely come back in the future.

We had a great experience at this place. Anca waited for us and provided a thorough walkthrough of the place and its facilities. There is a shared swimming pool in the compound, which is a nice feature. Additionally, there is an available parking spot, which is suitable for a small rented car. The balcony always has a very nice breeze, making it a perfect spot to relax. The location is conveniently close to Patacona Beach, and there are a couple of supermarkets just 5 minutes away. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment & pool area was spotless, 5 min walk to beach & restaurants, fantastic options to eat. Bus route outside apartment to city €1.50 or taxi only €10. So many trips to do in Valencia, Caves, aquarium, science museum, old town & so many others to enjoy with family & friends, our 2 girls (10 & 7yrs) throughly enjoyed their holiday & would love to go back again. The apartment host was so friendly & professional, would highly recommend to stay here & enjoy Valencia😎😎
