Location was great all of walkable distance to centre of town & restaurants , grocery store across the street & free underground parking. Quiet location no street noise, what you see in the pictures is what you get

It was a clean, modern flat a 20 mins walk to the Cathedral. The bed was comfortable and there was everything there for a couple visiting Seville.

We chose this apartment above others similarly priced and located because of the offer of secure underground parking. Although we have a Volvo, we were confident that we could park in the space allocated. My husband is a bit of a whizz at parking anywhere! We were shown the space by the very pleasant meet & greet girl and our mouths dropped. It was the smallest end space in the whole place by the in & out ramp. My husband just about got the car in frontwards by a whisker but could not open the door to get out! To park backwards was impossible because of the pillar and the car being wider at the back, would mean it would have stuck out into the area of the in & out ramp. A telltale indication this problem is common, was the damage to the side of the wall of the parking space. We could not risk damaging our car. We then had to quickly park in a normal space to unload our luggage and be shown the apartment. The girl left us, and she text us public parking near by at €28.50 a day! We then found we had no key for the door to access the car park. Luckily, she was still around and we got back to remove our car. Whatever they say, after seeing this feedback, the description of included parking is misleading and such a bad start to our holiday. You need the smallest possible car to access this facility. It cost us €56.30 more and we could have found an apartment nearer to the centre with parking included for this. Lastly, to compound our disappoint, we had a serious bathroom ceiling leak from the upstairs apartment flooding the bathroom floor on our last evening. We got wet trying to use the facilities and had to roll up our towel to dam the flood. It obviously came from a shower as it had stopped in the morning. The management responded saying it was out of hours for the maintenance team. By the discolouration on the ceiling, this was not the first time it had happened. It could have flooded into the bedroom overnight for all we knew.

Check-In - First of all they ask for a online checkin, where you need to fill out everything yourself upfront so they don’t have work with it - Early Check-In was not possible because we didn’t fit their schedule - We were told to call one hour in advance so we would be ready and then got various text messages when the girl was busy and can’t check us in - Check-in was done by a French student with basic English skills telling us “I don’t know, call my office, I’m not responsible” - Furthermore she was not where she said do we had to take a big turn, as all streets are one-way streets to get there - She didn’t know how which floor we were on or how to get into the apartment Apartment & equipment - Based on the ground floor you could hear everything the neighbors said and did (very noisy) - The equipment looks cheap and is partly broken or damaged (i.ex. Holes in the towels, towel rack next to the bathroom sink broken and falls apart, when you put a towel on, swollen door frame on the front door and in the bathroom, cracks in the ceiling in the hallway, mold on the shower cabin and so on) - The bed so comfortable but every time you moved while lying in it, it squeezed - It’s a science of itself to turn off the shower, as one mm to each side too much and it won’t stop dripping - There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it stayed hot and humid in there - Our request on two blankets instead of one was just ignored Parking - the parking lot is a joke!

The apartment was a lovely place to return to after a day out exploring. We were able to walk everywhere from.thwre. The host was really helpful and welcoming with great communication. Having a carpark provided within the building at no extra cost was brilliant. There is a very good supermarket across the road.

Quite clean & comfortable, very handy for city centre sites & restaurants.

Not being able to get from apartment to garage as no key to access lift down to garage without having to walk down the street & enter via car entrance.

Modern, walking distance from center Sevilla Free parking space on a garage available, even if a little bit tight.

There was no hot water for the main of our staying. We contact through a reply to an email that was sent by the holder of the apartment and nothing was done, I understood later that it a automatically email sent and no one should ne looking at it. When we contacted via booking, the answer we had it was that if we would mind that they could check out the problem later (after our checkout, that does not make sense). The kitchen has all apliances, but compared to all apartments that we had in other places, theres no welcome pack, like just a simple coffee, snacks, or a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, etc... Cheap things that make a difference You have to buy or bring with anything you need for showers, shampoo, shower gel,.... Nowadays, most of people charge mobile phones on the bedside table, to o thatm, you have to disconnect the plug of the bedside lamp.
