"A ne surtout pas louer"

La résidence est très propre, la piscine est très bien

Le logement est une horreur. A refaire entièrement, et équipement, mobilier à changer également La peinture se décolle des murs, les placards sont très abîmé, le frigo est rouillé à l'intérieur, le robinet de la cuisine est trop court donc l'eau ne tombe pas dans l'évier...,le canapé lit est bon à changer ,les chaises également. Bref tout est à refaire dans cette appartement pour 2400€ les 2 semaines c'est une belle arnaque !! Et pour finir ,le voisinage est très bruyant et vu que le logement est en bord de route sur une avenue très passante, c'est comme si on dormait dans la rue.... J'ai des photos pour ceux que ça intéresse.

"No debería alquilarse"

Lo único positivo es la urbanización. Una muy buena piscina y plaza de garaje grande.

No debería estar en alquiler, necesita una buena reforma. Las paredes están muy sucias, sobre todo las de la habitación pequeña. Las puertas son antiguas y ruidosas, también la exterior, que no ofrece mucha seguridad. Hay que cerrar dando un portazo y luego vienen los vecinos a quejarse. Al no tener aire acondicionado es muy caluroso, hay que tener todas las ventanas abiertas por la noche y como carece de cortinas no hay nada de intimidad. El salón y la habitación principal dan a una calle tremendamente ruidosa, con motos pasando a toda velocidad. El calentador se apaga cada dos por tres, hay que estar encendiéndolo con una cerilla. Nos fuimos del apartamento duchándonos con agua fría. El interruptor de luz cocina está... detrás de la nevera, meter la mano ahí no da mucha confianza. Mal iluminado y bastante viejo todo, en general. Los colchones cómodos, eso sí. La urbanización está muy bien, con piscina muy buena, pista de tenis, y plaza de garaje grande. No está mal ubicado, pero es difícil dormir tranquilo en ese apartamento.
