La Casina de Cáceres

El apartamento es muy bonito y está en pleno centro. Al lado del casco antiguo, y el parking muy cerca. La propietaria muy amable nos atendió en todo lo que necesitamos.

Durch zentrale Lage, Anfahrprobleme, die aber zu schaffen sind.

La ubicación. Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado. Había café e infusiones.

El colchón se hunde mucho y nos ha resultado muy incómodo. Hay dos escalones a la entrada del dormitorio que me han causado bastantes molestias (llevo bastón) y que no vi que se indicaran en la descripción.

El trato de la propietaria fue excelente,la ubicación inmejorable,muy limpio todo.asi da gusto.para volver!

El lugar. Muy cerca del centro histórico y de lugares de ocio sin tener que coger el coche

Aparcamiento escaso, como todos los centros de ciudades

Very centrally located, 100 meters from city center, restaurants and shops. We managed to find free street parking nearby (otherwise there is a covered paid parking nearby at 13,50€/day). The appartment is very nicely laid out; large bedroom, comfortable beds, quiet, very clean, good wifi, kitchen equipped for a short stay.

This property has the best of all worlds: it is comfortable, and it is very quiet at night while being just around the corner from the city centre – that is, the historical district, which is the interesting area for tourists. The flat was very clean and I had no cockroaches. The host communicated to me in advance all the information I needed to know. She communicated in English, which made it easier for me as I don’t speak Spanish. Although I didn’t meet her in person, she made me feel welcome by the way she prepared the flat. The access by door code means you can arrive as late as you need. The host was also lenient with me: I inadvertently broke a small item, but she didn’t charge me for it.

The flat is dark: the windows don’t let much light in. There are some steps that you can easily trip on: they are painted the same colour as the rest of the floor, so they are not very noticeable. Some are between the rooms, and one is at the very entrance to the flat: arriving into the flat for the first time, you have to go down one step immediately – and, as I arrived in the dark, the step took me by surprise. No oven in the flat.
