Tranquilo y acogedor en el centro de la ciudad

La casa molto grande e spaziosa. La struttura ristrutturata di recente ma con degli accorgimenti ancora da terminare. Luminosa e accogliente. Se si desidera mangiare a casa è corredata di tutto il necessario e c e la possibilità di utilizzare la lavastoviglie. Vicinissima al centro città. Zona molto tranquilla ben servita dai mezzi e con molte attività e negozi di vario genere in prossimità dell abitazione.

È una bella casa dovrebbe essere valorizzata meglio (tipo tende alle finestre del soggiorno) è invece si presenta con il minimo indispensabile.

Ottima la posizione e il doppio bagno è comodo se viaggi in famiglia o con coppia di amici. L'appartamento è molto ampio!

La pulizia della cucina va assolutamente rivista, meglio quella dei bagni. Inoltre va segnalato che ci sono molte scale da fare, non c'è l'ascensore! Per bambini piccoli o persone con problematiche può essere un problema. Sala da ritinteggiare e divano da ripulire!

Manchas de humedades muy grandes y muy exagerado q t condicionan el acomodo en la casa y en ningún momento pone q es un 3° sin ascensor.

This property is managed by an incompetent team. 1. They gave me the wrong key for the wrong apartment. 2. They did not rectify or acknowledge when I said I the key gave me access to different apartment. 3. They took 40 minutes to reply to a WhatsApp message. YOU WILL LEFT LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE COLD WAITING DESPITE PRIOR INFORMON ARRIVAL TIME 4. Host knocks on door twice (Two days later) around midnight disturbing rest leading up to the marathon. 5. The other guest who was waiting for the apartment had to wait for a lock smith another hour to get into the apartment that was meant for us.(This would have been us, as they was no key to be found) past midnight 6. These bunch of incompetent team, will blame everything on me for taking the wrong apartment, But I have all the WhatsApp messages to prove it. 7. No apology made, Zero accountability. 8. Heating doesn't Work and Hot Water wasn't hot enough. 9. Apartments in the building doesn't have Numbers. 10. Screenshot below was London Time, so add an Hour for local time.

It was nicely decorated and clean. Very responsive host and very accomodating for special request. There is an Easylocker facility around the corner, that would be good to recommended.

The kitchen crockery&cutlery could be a bit nicer. There was a recent water damage on the living room ceiling which didnt look very appealing. And the location isnt as quiet as it sounds.

Perfect location, big apartments !

The wall and ceiling in the living room are leaking, and there’s a strong smell of mold. Communication with the property manager was very poor — they didn’t respond for several days. There’s no elevator, and we had to carry our suitcases up to the fifth floor using a narrow staircase.

La posizione è la grandezza dell appartamento

La pulizia, tanta polvere e odore da chiuso. In cucina mancavano i coperchi per le pentole e le sedie in salotto erano tutte scassate. I tappeti sono troppo sporchi bisognerebbe lavarli.

Estaba céntrico y es muy grande, genial para varias personas

Es un apartamento viejo, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Quisimos cocinar y la placa no funcionaba, habíamos comprado algo de comida y no pudimos cocinarla. Varios enchufes tampoco funcionaban.
