one bedroom apartment in Playa del Ingles

The apartment is great - very spacious and has everything you need. It was very clean, and the washing machine was very helpful. The location is great - just 10-15 mins walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Andres was very welcoming, and the communication was very smooth

It could be a bit loud at times, because the bedroom window comes out to the street, but with the earplugs I didn't have any problem sleeping. I wish the water heater was a bit bigger, after showering for about 10 mins the warm water would be over. It warms up very fast though.

A little gem of a place. Clean, bright and spacious apartment. Good pool area. Beach towels provided, was a nice touch. Good quality bedding and bathroom towels. Having a washing machine was a huge plus, as we're were on an extended stay👍 Andrzej was helpful throughout. Great stay 🤗.

The apartment is well equipped, stylishly furnished and very well located for access to the main beach of Playa del Ingles, the dunes and the main clubs and bars. Our host Andrzej was exceptionally helpful and friendly, we had a really great time would love to come back as soon as possible.

The bedroom window is not noise-proof so there is some noise from the street (cars, party goers) and nearby party venues. Nevertheless, we're used to ear plugs, so it didn't bother us. Otherwise the place is surprisingly calm for such being located so centrally.

The apartment was clean, well equipped with furnishings and everything you need in a kitchen. Shower was powerfull and instantly hot when needed Beds were soft but comfortable (I'm used to a hard mattress but no bad back at the end of the holiday so all good) Host was friendly and very happy to help. WiFi was included and better than I've had in other places I've stayed in Maspalomas. Pool was good, got the sun all day and was sheltered from the wind you get in November A Dino express mini market was just over the road for provisions. Yumo is a short walk and the beach front even shorter Street parking was easy and free, even during a busy winter pride we never struggled to park near the apartment Only note is this is a private rental so no maid service to change towels etc. This was fine for us as extra towels were provided in the room but thought it was worth noting as my friends in other hotels were complaining they only had their towels changed every other day so guess it's a big deal to other people? Dunno what they were doing with their towels each day!

Highly recommended. Matches the description. Excellent location: short walk to the beach but in a very quiet neighborhood. Shop located 50m away. Multiple restaurants in close proximity. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable, even for a long stay. Great contact, both in advance and on location. Will surely choose it for our next visit to Gran Canaria.
