I liked the fact I was able to park outside the property.

The staff told me it was impossible to park outside and wanted a payment for parking. Also they wanted extra money for 2 people to share a twin room , what planet is this guy in the office on . Unreal and a scammer.

Location near the old town& managed to get free parking in front. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Staff lovely to deal with.

Only 3 mugs (& there were 4 of us). The balcony isn’t really a great space to use as you are looking directly into someone else’s property

Fully equiped apartment with quick check-in, once you do it online through the link they provide you with. You also have few coffee capsules for a kick starting of the day. Totally recommend the place and services.

Only main con can be the parking. You may park at the same street, but need to wait the shifting of cars and then take advantage. Otherwise, they have an agreement with a public parking around the corner for 15 euros per day.

Location is amazing…walkable distance from famous hanging balconies & bridge

Mattresses were not firm enough ….could not have sound sleep

Location next to the river and the casa colgada and the bridge is perfect. Very quiet at night and going for a walk at night along the river is recommended. Nicely equipped kitchen and radiator for the warmth are the best parts. I asked for taxi pickup from the train station, and it was convenient. The office has lockers for luggage, and the staff in the office are very helpful. Perfect for Cuenca trip!

You need to pick up the key from the office. It was not my case, but you need to walk uphill for a few minutes if you are on foot.
