"Superb"

This is a great charming apartment right in the heart of the Triana neighborhood. The location is excellent and close to the city centre and the Guadalquivir river. The alcazar and cathedral are walkable from here. It is a great place to stay

"Exceptional"

Great location just across the bridge in Triana, easy to walk to downtown. Very quiet and nice 1 bedroom apartment with well stocked kitchen. Interior courtyard, no traffic noise. Large grocery a block and half away. We got a great deal pay in advance at parking garage in the same block and left the car for the entire stay, we didn't need to drive and car was underground and safe.

Not a good choice if stairs are a problem for you, only one flight but they were steep. We knew about them I'm advance so not a problem for us.

"Good"

The bathroom is really small and as other reviewers have noted, there was a smell. The hosts did keep the apartment clean and there were air fresheners throughout the apartment and we just needed to keep the bathroom door closed.
