Great view, you can see surfing conditions from your balcony! Pedestrian street with less night noise. Everything is close. Clean apartment. Nice corner balcony. And great that you are not visible from outside, not from others windows not from street. Total privacy is great. Bathroom is nice and brand new.

The kitchen facilities is so so, if you are going to cook there is nothing for that. Pans are totally used up, knives are useless, no oven, and an old fridge doesn’t close well. That was not a big problem, just grab a pizza and eat it on your private terrace with perfect ocean view! Shower arranged so that i couldn’t wash hair without making a pool on floor. To avoid this you need to turn the shower to 40% water stream only.

Center location with amazing view to the bay, could be noisy during evening time but for vacation just perfect

Sofa was very uncomfortable and needs replaced. Ceiling light in bedroom didn’t work. Television didn’t work. Balcony needs a second chair

The location was perfect. Property is next to #24 above the little deli on the corner by the sculpture. The host met us and showed us the apartment. He was very nice. You may need to use google translate (or learn Spanish) but don’t let that put you off. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The apartment is among a few shops, restaurants etc at the weekend (Saturday night) you will have people sitting outside eating till around midnight. It’s not noisy, it’s not full of bars, just few people eating and having a nice time. One guy played the guitar till midnight. The only noise was Saturday night. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the beach to the right of the apartment. Market in the square on a Saturday and Sunday. A good half hour walk to red mountain. Well worth a walk, even the small mountain has beautiful views. Great fun to watch the surfers at the end beach (you can’t miss it) supermarket is 5 min walk from apartment. Come out the apartment and walk in opposite direction to the sea, straight up the road, you can see it from the apartment. Great for picking up a few bits. The apartment was spotless. The bed was so comfy. I didn’t want to get out of it. Cute little balcony. You’ll need to use the lounge table chairs though as no outdoor chairs. Go to the supermarket and pick up your essentials first. Washing machine was great. Didn’t use the hob. Big fridge was handy. Shower was hot. Great apartment and fabulous location. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We tried a million times but could not get the tv to work. Absolutely nothing else to complain about.

Amazing location right beside the sea, lots of restaurants and cafes, and short walk to red mountain.

Very nice and friendly owner. Great location. Very clean and comfortable apartment. My daughter and I really enjoyed it.

apartment equipment a little old, kettle not functional, second set of keys not functional, beware it might get noisy at around 6:30am due to pavement maintenance (every day), Friday and Saturday nights - very loud until midnight or even later, would come again :)
